MTM is a self developed mentoring program that's created to assist America's inner city youth in the preparation of their future. A significant goal of this organization is to educate with life skills to cope with their social dynamic. Barriers will be broken between educator and student with this program due life similarities.. The importance of self love, accountability, goals, and cycle breaking are vital to the success of our youth and those skills will motivate the youth of the inner city. MTM's mission is to provide education, mentoring, support, and advocacy  to the inner city youth to successfully help them through the barriers that plague their communities.
